During October, the Year 11 Hospitality and Catering students have been working towards completing their practical examinations, which counts towards 40% of their final awarded grade. The task brief asks students to propose 2 dishes that would be suitable for a bistro style menu. The students must then prepare and serve these two dishes. The students were allowed 4 hours to complete their exam, including presenting their foods. Every one of the students outdid themselves and produced first class products. They all worked hard and this can be seen by the finished products. Well done to all the students who worked on this, and thank you to all of the parents and carers for supporting them in buying of ingredients and tasting their foods each week!
