Fakenham Academy Equestrian Team compete at Forest Edge Arena

On the 27th January 2019 the Fakenham Academy Equestrian Team competition at Forest Edge Arena at an inter-school event run by NSEA (National School Equestrian Association). Unfortunately only two member of the team were able to compete due to unforeseeable circumstances.

The two members were Maxwell Lake and Milly Eckett. They both competed in the second class of the day which was the 85cm Class. Maxwell has a lovely round but had four faults due to a rider fault, but still completed the course. Milly on the other hand had a perfect clear round.

Milly then competed in the third class which was the 95cm Class. It was an amazing round with an unfortunate four faults due to a fence being demolished during her round. But Milly soon recovered and completed her round.

Overall it was a fun day and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

The team now look forward to their next event which is a dressage competition at Forest Edge Arena on Saturday 9th February 2019.

We would like to thank our sponsors: Jem Lake Handmade Kitchens and Interiors, Wensum Valley Vets and Grocott and Murfitt Property Developments. For their continued support.
